Anastazja Roskacz

I completed a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting at the University of Warsaw, and then continued my education with a master's degree at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. At SGH I also completed postgraduate studies in property valuation, which rounded out my practical and theoretical preparation for working in the real estate market.

For several years I have been actively working in the real estate market, supporting clients with sales, rentals and investment processes. I am at my best working with private clients, where I can fully apply my approach based on relationships, attentiveness and an individually tailored strategy. I also help investors, including foreign ones, to invest capital in Poland safely and efficiently. In my work, I focus on effectiveness, transparency and understanding clients' real needs.

Relationships are the greatest value to me - built on trust, honesty and good communication. I am not afraid of challenges, and determination and consistency allow me to see things through to the end.

My approach to work

I work on the basis of transparency and thorough analysis. I look after my clients' financial security, carry out detailed valuations and support negotiations. My goal is long-term client satisfaction and building relationships based on trust.

Interests

Outside the real estate industry, my passion is music, which is a source of inspiration and balance for me. I also value travel, which allows me to broaden my perspective and better understand the needs of clients from different backgrounds.
